I recently bought a new coffee machine. My 10 year old small espresso machine finally died. I was ready to buy the same kind of traditional, manual fill, ground coffee machine that works well, but always leaves some coffee grounds on your desk and results in a scalded hand while refilling the hot filter cup when two coffees are needed! So after a long evaluation I finally decided to buy an automatic machine that grinds the beans and refills itself for that second cup. The automatic machine has more moving parts than my old manual machine, so I’ve selected a brand I trust, a company I know will have long term spare part availability. It comes at a price, but it’s a machine I know will last, from a company that will save me money in the long run. As a customer, I know my needs and priorities.
